• Telegram ID — the unique identifier of your Telegram account, used to manage your subscription.
• Payment data — processed by the payment provider (Telegram for Stars, Crypto Pay for USDT) and not stored on our servers. We only receive the fact and amount of a successful transaction.

2.2. Data we do NOT collect (No-Logs Policy)

We apply a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect or store:

• Browsing history or DNS queries;
• Network traffic or its contents;
• The IP addresses assigned to you when connecting through the VPN;
• The time and duration of VPN sessions;
• Your real IP address while using the VPN.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

We use the collected data solely to:

• Provide and manage access to the VPN service;
• Process payments and track subscriptions;
• Send subscription expiry notifications via the Telegram bot;
• Respond to support requests.

We do not use your data for marketing and do not share it with third parties without your consent.

4. Legal bases for processing

• Performance of a contract — to provide the paid Service;
• Consent of the data subject — where data is provided voluntarily;
• Compliance with a legal obligation — for accounting and tax purposes.

5. Sharing data with third parties

Your data may be shared with:

• Telegram — the messaging platform through which the bot operates and Telegram Stars payments are processed.
• Crypto Pay (@CryptoBot) — for processing USDT (cryptocurrency) payments. Shared data: the payment amount and Telegram ID.
• Government authorities — solely in response to lawful requests, in the manner provided by applicable law.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Data storage and protection

6.1. Subscription data (Telegram ID, dates, plan) is stored on a secure VPS in a PostgreSQL database.

6.2. We apply the following protection measures:

• AEAD encryption (AES-GCM / ChaCha20-Poly1305) for all VPN connections;
• Secure SSH connections for server access;
• Restricted data access — only for the service administrator;
• Regular server software updates.

6.3. Retention periods:

• Subscription data — for the term of the subscription and up to 1 year afterward;
• Payment data — in accordance with applicable accounting and tax requirements;
• Support requests — up to 2 years.

7. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to:

• Obtain information about which of your data is being processed;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of data (where there is no lawful basis to retain it);
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The site pulsevpn.site uses only technical cookies necessary for the site to work correctly (saving interface settings). Analytics and advertising cookies are not used.

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, please notify us immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available on the Site. Material changes are accompanied by a notice in the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
